The Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Human Sciences (YZIB) supports scientific interaction, interdisciplinary collaboration, and knowledge exchange with research groups and academic networks working in areas related to artificial intelligence, digital transformation, education, environmental sciences, and human-centered research.
In line with its interdisciplinary aims and scope, YZIB recognizes the scientific activities of the following research groups at Gazi University.
Fisheries Artificial Intelligent Lab (FISHAI Lab)

The Fisheries Artificial Intelligent Lab (FISHAI Lab) conducts interdisciplinary research combining artificial intelligence, machine learning, aquatic sciences, environmental sciences, and biological research.
The research group focuses on the application of conventional and contemporary artificial intelligence methods to scientific data concerning areas such as:

population dynamics;

growth and reproduction of aquatic organisms;

aquatic animal health;

parasitology;

toxicology;

environmental monitoring; and

computational modeling of aquatic ecosystems.
The group contributes to the development and application of artificial intelligence and data-driven approaches for understanding complex biological and environmental systems.

Artificial Intelligence in Education Lab (EDUAI Lab)
Gazi University, Türkiye
The Artificial Intelligence in Education Lab (EDUAI Lab) conducts research and academic activities focusing on the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into education and learning environments.
Its areas of interest include:

artificial intelligence-supported learning environments;

digital educational technologies;

artificial intelligence in science education;

educational game design and AI-supported digital games;

The research group supports interdisciplinary studies examining the educational, technological, and human dimensions of artificial intelligence.
